The Hamburger Paragraph

 

   

The top arrow is the top bun of the burger.  This is the topic sentence of the paragraph.

The middle arrow is the meat of the burger.  These are the sentences that give more information about the topic, or they support the topic sentence.

 The bottom arrow is the bottom bun.  This restates the topic sentence.
